- Disassemble and inspection.
- Our experienced workmen systematically disassemble your machine. Each component is thoroughly cleaned and de-greased before careful inspection. Cleaned parts are inspected by trained personnel and by your representative.
- Replacement of Parts
- Worn of damaged parts are replaced with genuine manufacturer’s part of if unavailable, with parts made in our own shop to factory specifications. Any part that may reduce the accuracy of efficiency of your machine will be replaced upon you inspection and consent.
- Aligning and Scraping
- Our trained personnel machine, grind, hand scrape and fit all moving machine surfaces to ensure full bearing and accurate alignment. These operations, performed by experienced craftsman, provide the ultimate accuracy in alignment and lead to longer machine service life.
