If you need service, or maintenance on any Nakamura Tome WT 300 machine, Contact Us today.
I’m standing in front of a Nakamura Tome TW30—a true workhorse, but it’s been overworked, to say the least. A common issue with these machines is that chips get into the lower turret, causing misalignment. Plus, as a boxway machine, it wears out depending on usage hours. I believe this one has turcite on all the axes. Once we disassemble it, I’ll show you videos of how it looks without the covers—it’s pretty impressive. We’ll walk you through the rebuilding process step by step, detailing what we do, what we check, and how we reassemble it to cut parts. Stay tuned, and thanks for watching! |
