NAKAMURA TOME WT-300 REBUILD PART 10

Hey everyone, we’re working on the upper X-axis and Y-axis. We’re removing old Turcite, measured at 34-37 thousandths, but replacing it with 45-thousandths material (standard increments: 32, 45, 60, 90). We’ll clean it, apply new Turcite, and glue it to the surface, then start scraping. The master slide needs the same treatment to ensure squareness. We’ve shimmed it on parallels for a four-corner zero reference to minimize scraping. I’ll show the gluing process in the next video. Stay tuned! Thanks!
