If you need service, or maintenance on a RYAZAN MACHINE TOOL –  Contact Us today.

I wanted to provide you with an update on the machine project and apologize for the delays—it’s taking longer than I had hoped. We created custom dummy blocks to match your bedways, allowing us to set everything up precisely against the master and Gib sides. We encountered an issue where the Gib surface wasn’t perfectly 90 degrees, but we’ve completed one side with great contact, and the other side is almost done; it just needs a little touch-up tomorrow. Once that’s complete, we’ll take the setup off and start installing the lubrication system, using the original holes to avoid drilling new ones.

I’d appreciate it if you could measure the thickness of your way surface and send that to me. That’ll help with fitting the binders properly—they’re adjustable, and if needed, I can grind the surface to get a better fit. Your machine originally had CJBS constant-flow meters, but since your pump setup wasn’t compatible, we went with programmable ML meters recommended by Lube USA. These let us control the pump’s on/off timing so we can fine-tune lubrication based on what you need.

After finishing the Gib scraping, we’ll flip the machine and have two guys start running copper lubrication lines, figuring out the best layout for everything. I’ll send another update video in the next day or two once we make more progress. Thanks, and don’t forget to send me that way thickness measurement when you get a chance.
